Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Garments
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all Kidsy branded tags are still securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
